Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility.

You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and provide expert MHE support including conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, and SCADA-related tasks. You will focus on preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and operational performance, while building strong client relationships and promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with MHE safety standards and NEC/electronics knowledge.
• PLC programs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems across the facility.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Mentor technicians and manage emergency repairs.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations maintenance teams.
• Uphold safety procedures and best practices.
