Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift, mentor technicians, and optimize maintenance across a client facility. You will focus on reliability of conveyors, sorters, scanners, and SCADA-related equipment, delivering expert support for MHE systems.

You will implement preventive maintenance, interpret schematics, and manage work orders to support safe, efficient operations and client objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and Safety norms.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use statistics to track OEE/uptime.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems across the facility.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install and diagnose relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and maintenance teams.
• Promote safety by following procedures.
