Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Principal, Product Management for Messaging Solutions to lead the strategy, vision, development, and commercialization of enterprise messaging products (SMS, MMS, RCS). You will own the product lifecycle from market assessment and pricing to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive product management in telecom, CPaaS, or related industries.
• Deep expertise in messaging ecosystems including SMS, MMS, RCS, carrier messaging, and enterprise messaging.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to bring messaging products to market.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, vision, development, and commercialization of TransUnion's messaging solutions portfolio (SMS, MMS, RCS).
• Define and scale the next generation of messaging by extending voice capabilities into messaging experiences.
• Own the product lifecycle from market assessment to roadmap, pricing, launch, and adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to translate opportunities into scalable product capabilities.
• Serve as the messaging subject matter expert, educating stakeholders on ecosystems, carriers, and aggregators.
• Develop competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies leveraging our customer base and platform.
• Engage with customers, partners, mobile operators, aggregators, and industry stakeholders to identify market opportunities.
• Represent TransUnion as a thought leader through customer engagements, conferences, and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and evolving technologies to keep TransUnion at the forefront of messaging innovation.
• Drive growth through new capabilities, market expansion, and increased customer adoption.
