Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Senior Product Leader to own and expand the Trusted Messaging Solutions portfolio, including SMS, MMS, and RCS. The role partners with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Solutions teams to translate market opportunities into scalable product capabilities and commercial growth.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle from market assessment, business case, pricing strategy, to launch and ongoing optimization, while engaging with customers, carriers, and industry stakeholders

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management in telecom, CPaaS, or related industries.
• Deep expertise in messaging ecosystems: SMS, MMS, RCS, carriers, aggregators.
• Experience launching messaging products used by enterprise customers.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and commercialization of TransUnion's messaging solutions portfolio (SMS, MMS, RCS).
• Own product lifecycle from market assessment to roadmap, pricing, and launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales and Solutions teams to translate opportunities into capabilities.
• Represent TransUnion as a messaging thought leader through customer engagements and events.
• Drive growth through new capabilities and market expansion and adoption.
