Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing roles
- Marketing tech experience and/or e‑commerce is a plus
- Experience with positioning, messaging and GTM
- Proven ability to drive product launches and cross‑functional collaboration
- Comfort in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Responsibilities
- Define value proposition, messaging, and positioning for Klaviyo SMS and Mobile products
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategies across Sales, CS, Enablement, and Growth Marketing
- Track mobile trends and competitive dynamics to position Klaviyo as a trusted mobile solution
- Partner with Product Management to surface customer needs and influence roadmap
- Develop campaigns, ROI models, and cross-sell playbooks to drive revenue growth
- Create GTM assets (decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, trainings) as a mobile SME
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the PMM organization and mobile unit
