Job summary

You will own the product lifecycle from market analysis to pricing, launch, and adoption, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to scale these offerings. This hybrid role requires regular in-person collaboration at a TransUnion office.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management in telecom, CPaaS, or messaging domains.
• Deep expertise in SMS, MMS, and RCS messaging ecosystems.
• Experience launching and scaling messaging products for enterprise customers.
• Understanding of how businesses use messaging tech to enhance engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, vision, development, and commercialization of TransUnion's messaging solutions portfolio.
• Define and scale the next generation of trusted communications by extending voice capabilities into messaging.
• Own the product lifecycle from market assessment through roadmap, pricing, launch, and adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams to translate opportunities into capabilities.
• Engage with customers, partners, operators, and industry stakeholders to shape product direction.
