Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a senior product leader to own the strategy and roadmap for trusted messaging solutions, including SMS, MMS, and RCS. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate market opportunities into scalable product capabilities and market success.

You will partner across teams, engage customers and industry stakeholders, and act as a thought leader to advance TransUnion’s messaging platform.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive product management in telecoms or messaging/CPaaS.
Deep expertise in messaging ecosystems (SMS, MMS, RCS) and carrier networks.
Proven track record launching and scaling messaging products for enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of how businesses use messaging to improve engagement and trust.
Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and leadership.
Industry expert with customer-facing advisory and thought-leadership activities.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, vision, development, and commercialization of messaging solutions portfolio.
Define and scale next-gen Trusted Communications Solutions extending voice into messaging.
Own product lifecycle from market assessment to roadmap, pricing, launch, adoption.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales to translate opportunities into capabilities.
Serve as messaging SME, educating stakeholders on carrier networks, aggregators, and tech.
Develop competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies leveraging existing customers.
Engage with customers, partners, mobile operators, and industry stakeholders to shape direction.
Represent TransUnion as a thought leader via events and external engagements.
Monitor market trends and competitor developments to stay at the forefront of messaging.
Drive growth through new capabilities, market expansion, and increased adoption.
