Job summary

International Motors USA in San Antonio is expanding its production operations with an upcoming night production shift. The Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager will lead and coach a team of Manufacturing Engineers, driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost improvements across truck assembly.

You will work with Production, Quality, Materials, Maintenance, and Product Engineering to deliver results while supporting new product launches and process changes, with shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of product manufacturing experience.
• Master's degree and at least 2 years of product manufacturing experience.
• At least 6 years of product manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers while establishing accountability for engineering deliverables and production performance.
• Provide hands-on support for real-time production issues, prioritizing actions based on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes for truck assembly, including frame, axle, chassis, powertrain, and final assembly.
• Lead manufacturing engineering activities for new product launches, station readiness, production cutovers, and process changes.
