International Motors, LLC is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support night shift operations on the shop floor in San Antonio. You will respond to line calls, downtime events, equipment faults, and process issues, diagnosing problems and implementing rapid solutions to keep production running safely and reliably.

Initially on day shift, the role will transition to night shift as the operation ramps up in early 2027, with night hours Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing engineering on the shop floor.
• Ability to work with production and skilled trades.
• Willingness to transition from day shift to night shift as ramp-up occurs.

Responsabilités

• Respond to line calls, downtime events, equipment faults, and process issues; diagnose problems and implement rapid solutions.
• Provide direct technical support for torque tooling, assembly equipment, fixtures, and related manufacturing processes.
