Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer for projects including data centers and mission critical environments. You will design cooling/HVAC systems, lead the mechanical team, and coordinate with clients and vendors across multiple locations in the U.S.

The role requires a PE license, 7+ years of experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel to sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven history of Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis.
• 7+ years of experience designing mechanical systems for high performing facilities including data centers, commercial, industrial.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality technical deliverables for projects and proposals.
• Design complex air distribution and hydronic systems.
• Lead and manage project teams, coordinate with vendors and clients.
