Job summary

beem® Light Sauna is seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to drive membership sales and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will support the Studio Manager in executing daily sales and marketing initiatives within a high-energy Virginia Beach studio.

You will convert leads into members, educate clients on infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy, and maintain a welcoming environment that fosters retention and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Revenue Support
• Generate membership, package, and retail sales during all scheduled shifts
• Explain infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy and their benefits
• Follow studio sales process, pricing guidelines, promotions, and closing standards
• Actively manage leads, inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversions
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach
• Represent beem® Light Sauna as a brand ambassador
• Greet members and guests, ensuring an outstanding visit
• Deliver top-tier service in person, over the phone, and via automated systems
• Create a fun, professional studio atmosphere that drives repeat visits and referrals
• Address client questions and escalate issues when needed
• Model beem® mission, vision, and values in all interactions
• Studio Operations, Cleaning & Support
• Maintain studio cleanliness and presentation
• Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes, restocking supplies
• Ensure rooms and spaces are clean, sanitized, and guest-ready
• Follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Check-in, registration, front desk procedures
• Handle phone inquiries, sales transactions, and customer care calls
• Assist with light administrative tasks and special projects
• Attend staff meetings and trainings
