Beem Light Sauna in Paramus, NJ is seeking a personable Wellness Sales Associate to convert guests into members. This part-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, driving membership sales, and supporting daily studio operations.

You will engage with guests in person, by phone, and via digital channels, educate clients on beem® Light Sauna services, and help create a welcoming, high-energy studio that boosts retention and referrals.

Beem Light Sauna is looking for an outgoing, motivated Wellness Sales Associate who can turn first-time guests into long-term members*.. The Wellness Sales Associate is a front-line, revenue-driving role responsible for generating membership sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the Studio. Manager in executing daily sales and marketing initiatives.. This position plays a critical role in converting leads into members, educating clients on beem® Light Sauna services, and creating a welcoming, high energy studio environment that drives retention and referrals.. The ideal candidate is personable, coachable, sales-motivated, and comfortable engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and through digital communication. While operational tasks are part of the role, sales performance and client experience are the top priorities.
