Job summary

beem Virginia Beach is seeking a Wellness Sales Associate to drive membership and product sales while delivering an exceptional client experience. The role supports daily sales initiatives and helps educate clients on beem Light Sauna services in a high-energy studio setting.

You will engage with clients in person, over the phone, and digitally, aiming to convert inquiries into members and foster referrals, while maintaining studio standards and participating in events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Personable, coachable, and sales-motivated.
• Experience in front-desk or studio sales is a plus.
• Comfortable engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and through digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate membership, package, and retail sales during all scheduled shifts.
• Explain infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy benefits.
• Follow sales process, promotions, and closing standards set by Studio Manager.
• Manage leads, inquiries, tours, and conversion conversations.
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
• Greet members and guests, delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the studio during shifts.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and trainings.
