beem® Light Sauna in Virginia Beach is seeking a Member Specialist to drive membership sales while delivering a top-tier client experience. You will educate clients on beem® Light Sauna services and create a welcoming, high-energy studio environment that promotes retention and referrals.

The ideal candidate is personable, sales-motivated, and comfortable engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and via digital channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales or service-based retail.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building.
• Comfort with in-person, phone, and digital outreach.

Responsibilities

• Generate membership, package, and retail sales during shifts.
• Explain infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy benefits.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and greeting guests to ensure a positive visit.
• Assist with events, promotions, and community outreach.
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversion conversations.
