Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Lead Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) at West Hospital to oversee laboratory testing operations and ensure accurate results for physicians. The role supports the Technical Specialist and optimizes workflow across the department.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a CLS-related field, MLS certification or eligibility, and 2 years of clinical lab experience; 5 years preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.
• MLS Certification required or eligible (ASCP preferred).
• 2 years of clinical lab experience required; 5 years preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
