Job summary

The role supports the Technical Specialist in implementing new procedures, coordinating proficiency testing, and driving workflow efficiency while ensuring daily operational compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• BS in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Biology or Biochemistry (CLIA program) is required.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with staff and patients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Performs the duties of a Medical Lab Scientist
• Assist Technical Specialist with new procedures/policies
• Coordinate proficiency testing and ensure timely reporting
• Suggest system changes to improve efficiency and accuracy
