Qualifications

• At least 5 years of medical front desk experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification, eligibility, copays, deductibles, and patient billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations and lead an administrative team.
• Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow.
• Supervise and train front desk staff.
• Ensure accurate insurance verification and billing coordination.
• Manage staffing schedules and PTO requests.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and reports.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and office policies.
• Collaborate with billing and clinical teams.
• Conduct team meetings and training activities.
• Provide operational updates to the Practice Administrator.
