Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office workflow and staff development
• Serve as primary contact for Front Office staff when supervisor is absent
• Schedule and confirm medical appointments and callbacks
• Process patient co-pays and insurance data entry
• Maintain patient flow and waiting room experience
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and reference policies
• Greet patients and coordinate with clinical, registration and billing teams
• Participate in department meetings and maintain paperwork systems
