Community Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Lead Receptionist to ensure smooth clinic operations and expedited patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months of receptionist experience, and a current BLS certification. Preferred are front office leadership, Spanish bilingual ability, and knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent patient experience focus is essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six (6) months experience in a receptionist or administrative support capacity.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Preferred: Previous front office medical reception experience.
• Preferred: Previous lead or supervisor experience.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
• Preferred: Knowledge of medical terminology.

• To provide and promote the rapid and efficient operation of the clinic as Lead Receptionist performing clerical duties in an efficient safe manner to expedite patient care.
• Strives to improve patient experience and patient satisfaction.
