Alignment Health is seeking an onsite Medical Assistant Lead to manage patient flow, perform MA duties with competency, and support training and inventory tasks on the clinic floor.

Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, assisting with reports, coordinating care, and acting as a point of contact for the team when the manager is absent, while maintaining high-quality patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• MA Certification or LVN/LPN Certification
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
• Manage patient flow from check-in to checkout
• Train new medical assistants as assigned by supervisor
• Complete weekly/monthly reports (infection control logs, administrative reports)
• Support care coordination, referrals, enrollments in programs
