Qualifications

• Two years of patient care experience.
• Experience with outpatient clinic workflow and scheduling.
• Willing to travel between sites if needed.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical workflows and coordinate MA tasks.
• Mentor Medical Assistants and train staff.
• Take vital signs, collect history, injections, phlebotomy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and manage records requests.
• Monitor patient flow, wait times and satisfaction.
