Job summary

One-to-One-Healt is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to supervise daily operations at the onsite employee health clinic. The role focuses on staff supervision, patient flow, EMR coordination, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

The position requires an associates degree, 2+ years in a medical office, and willingness to travel between multiple sites. BLS certification is preferred, with active LPN or RN license also preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field.
• Two years of medical office experience.
• Working knowledge of outpatient clinic workflow and scheduling.
• Willing to travel between multiple sites.
• BLS certification.
• Active LPN or RN license preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a medical office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the clinic and staff.
• Ensure accuracy of time sheets and approve before payroll deadlines.
• Address patient needs, monitor feedback, and resolve complaints.
• Monitor patient throughput, wait times, and satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Coordinate clinical services including patient access, scheduling, EMR management, and supply management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and serve as on-site resource for staff and patients.
• Train new team members and collaborate on staff reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain office facilities and equipment and escalate issues as needed.
