Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is looking for a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service teams on automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for difficult problems, manage projects, and mentor technicians and contract staff.

You will train teams, oversee vendors, and diagnose complex MHE/robotics systems while ensuring safety and reliability across a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and/or equivalent.
• 4+ years in predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years repairing material handling equipment and automated systems.
• 4+ years reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• 4+ years troubleshooting electrical/electronic principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee material handling equipment (MHE) and facility systems.
• Lead a team of service technicians; develop training plans and supervise vendors.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and sensors.
• Create and close work orders with labor hours, parts, and asset data.
• Move up to 49 lbs; stand/walk up to 12 hours; climb ladders safely.
