Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to manage complex work orders and mentor junior technicians on an established apartment community in Fayetteville. The role requires HVAC certification and experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

You will lead preventative maintenance efforts, supervise a team, and ensure timely, quality work while upholding Hawthorne standards and safety guidelines.

Formación

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• EPA/HVAC Certification.
• CPO Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for next move‑in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Perform building and common area upkeep daily; keep grounds neat and free of litter.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team.
• Follow safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policy.
