Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking dependable maintenance professionals to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. As Maintenance Technician III, you will handle complex work orders, mentor junior techs, and help lead preventative maintenance efforts.

The role requires HVAC certification and experience in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and leadership. You will work Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and contribute to a clean, welcoming apartment community while upholding Hawthorne

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Valid driver’s license, EPA/HVAC certification, and CPO certification.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff.
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
• Follow safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policy and standards.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team.
• Maintain building and grounds daily.
