Hawthorne is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to maintain and repair apartment communities. You will handle complex work orders, mentor junior techs, and lead preventative maintenance efforts, with HVAC certification required.

You should have at least 3 years in apartment maintenance or related trades such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical, plus a valid driver's license, EPA/HVAC certification, and CPO. The role includes on-call rotation and growth opportunities through our career path and

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• EPA/ HVAC Certification, CPO Certification, and Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team.
• Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and staff; participate in on-call rotation and safety guidelines.
