Job summary
Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician III to diagnose and repair complex building systems, mentor junior techs, and lead preventative maintenance across our apartment communities. The ideal candidate holds HVAC certification, at least 3 years in apartment maintenance or skilled trades, and a valid driver’s license, with strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years in apartment maintenance or skilled trades; supervisory experience preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License, EPA/HVAC Certification, CPO Certification.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
- Lead preventative maintenance and mentor junior technicians.
- Repair and restore vacant apartments for move-ins.
- Assist with pool maintenance and general site upkeep.
- Maintain building and grounds and lead safety compliance.
