Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to handle complex work orders, mentor junior technicians, and lead preventative maintenance efforts within our communities. You should hold an HVAC certification and have experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, plus prior supervisory or lead experience.

Education includes a High School diploma or GED, with EPA/HVAC and CPO certifications and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required and experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair is expected.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trades; supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs to Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and general building upkeep.
• Lead preventative maintenance tasks per company policy.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to maintenance team.
