Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or related skilled trade.
• HVAC certification is required; EPA/HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all service requests meet Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for move-ins.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance per company policy.
