Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to elevate apartment home living. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems to keep communities safe and comfortable.

Lead Tech duties include mentoring Technicians I and II, performing preventative maintenance, inspecting grounds daily, and ensuring turn-overs are rent-ready while upholding Vivmark’s safety standards across our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• HVAC (CFC certifications required or willingness to learn)
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Create and organize work orders; complete repairs to company standards and in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM).
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain safety culture by following Vivmark policies.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per Vivmark standards.
