Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure safety, comfort, and functionality across our apartment communities. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and mentor Maintenance Technicians I and II to maintain building systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repair.
• HVAC certifications (CFC) required or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation with the team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances and other maintenance items.
• Assist with organizing and completing work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant homes and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work as needed.
• Mentor Maintenance Technicians I and II and oversee projects.
• Perform and document preventative maintenance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for maintenance needs.
• Maintain safety culture and follow all safety policies.
