Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee repairs and improvements across apartment communities in California. The role requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, while ensuring units are rent-ready and safety standards are met.

You will train and mentor Technicians I and II, perform preventative maintenance, and inspect properties daily to maintain high-quality living environments for residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repair work.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HVAC certification or willingness to learn/certify.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and completing repairs promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspect grounds daily.
