Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage on-call rotations while communicating effectively with residents and staff. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, safety systems and other maintenance areas.
• Organize and complete work orders and repairs on time.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work when needed.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance and inspect grounds and buildings daily.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies.
