Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee comprehensive property maintenance under the Community Manager. The role includes making-ready units, repairing resident apartments, and supervising subcontractors to ensure timely issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, English communication skills, and EPA refrigerant certification. You will work on-site, with opportunities for career growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• EPA certification for refrigerants is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for new resident units.
• Replace filters and clean HVAC vents; maintain sprinkler systems.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and minor repairs.
• Inspect and refurbish apartments prior to occupancy and assist in move-in/out inspections.
