Job summary

C.H. Guen is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our food manufacturing operations in Texas. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs of production equipment, conveyors, packaging lines, and refrigeration systems.

You will work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to sustain safety and efficiency. The technician will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, manage CMMS documentation, and participate in safety programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred.
• 5 years of related experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably automated food processing.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and conveyors, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
• Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
