Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield / C&W Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician III to perform advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on automated conveyor and sortation systems in a high-volume distribution center. You will drive reliability, respond to failures quickly, and support continuous improvement while maintaining base building systems.
The role requires 4+ years with MHE, strong reading of blueprints, CMMS and PLC skills, and a safety-focused mindset to support client operations
Qualifications
- 4+ years with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
- 4+ years of preventive maintenance experience.
- 3+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
- 2+ years CMMS experience.
- 2+ years PLC programming experience.
- Experience leading junior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems; install and service control components.
- Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians and support training.
- Maintain positive relations across Operations facility.
