Job summary

C&W Services, a Cushman & Wakefield sister company, seeks an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance of conveying and sorting equipment in logistics settings. You will oversee repairs, preventive/predictive maintenance, and QA/QC protocols while managing a diverse team across shifts.

Strong expertise with conveyor systems is highly preferred, with responsibilities including setting standards, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field (preferred) or transferrable management experience (3 years minimum; 5 years preferred).
• Capable of obtaining CMRP / ICML MLT 1.
• Working knowledge of repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance team members at the site and assign job plans.
• Lead and mentor staff; ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop QA/QC inspection protocols for all work.
• Ensure maintenance objectives and KPIs are met; coordinate with Account Manager and customers.
