Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift, guide fellow technicians, and support the operation of building systems at a client facility. The role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability and performance of conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, print/apply systems, and SCADA programs.

You will manage preventative maintenance, mentor technicians, and build CMMS work orders while maintaining strong client relationships and a safe work

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use statistics to run metrics like OEE/Up Time.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Build and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Cultivate positive relationships with client and ops teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
