Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at our logistics and fulfillment locations. You will oversee repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, with a strong preference for conveyor systems expertise.

Responsibilities include planning, coaching, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and achieving department goals while maintaining high customer and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 3–5 years minimum management experience; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance; preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic shop tools, pneumatics, power transmissions and fasteners.
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissors lifts and boom lifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign maintenance plans; manage site maintenance team.
• Improve internal and external communication; mentor staff.
• Develop standards/work procedures and provide feedback on service delivery.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
• Ensure maintenance objectives and key metrics are met.
