Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician III for 2nd shift at a high-volume grocery fulfillment center. You will perform advanced troubleshooting on automated conveyors and supporting equipment, driving reliability through preventive maintenance and timely response to equipment failures.

You will mentor junior technicians, manage work orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of experience conducting preventive maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years using a CMMS.
• 2+ years of PLC programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building; install, maintain, and troubleshoot control components.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts tracked.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
