Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on automated conveyor and sortation systems at a high-volume grocery fulfillment center. You will drive equipment reliability, respond to failures, and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime.

Candidates should have 4+ years in MHE and preventive maintenance, strong blueprints reading, CMMS, PLC exposure, and mentoring experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years experience in preventive maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Lead experience mentoring junior technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsabilités

• Safety: promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: troubleshoot conveyor systems in the building; install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Monitoring: create, assign, and close out work orders with data on labor hours, maintenance and parts used.
• Support: lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
• Communication: maintain a positive working relationship across all Operations facilities.
