Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of client facilities. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems across the site.

The role emphasizes safety and teamwork; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with computers and basic tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Commitment to safety and quality in maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams; perform other duties as needed.
