Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support safety-focused operations for a major client site. You will maintain, repair, and improve MHE and robotic systems across the facility, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires problem-solving abilities, hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate building systems in a client facility.
• Repair and improve functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
