Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Northern Kentucky. The role covers handling resident service requests, coordinating make-ready tasks, and ensuring community upkeep to Greystar standards. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and a $1,500 sign-on after 120 days.

You will inspect work, manage vendors, and support budgeting while prioritizing safety and resident satisfaction across a 452-unit garden community.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide hand tools unless prohibited by state law; proficient with tools and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate for policy support and resident interaction.
• Proficiency in basic math for financial and administrative tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance per policy and safety rules.
• Oversee make-ready tasks for vacant units, schedule vendors, and complete inspections.
• Set and maintain standards for grounds, exteriors, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory and assist budget planning; perform preventative maintenance monthly.
• Support safety programs, MSDS updates, and OSHA compliance; assist residents courteously.
