Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages work orders from resident requests and performs routine maintenance.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling.
• Sets standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Inspects work by team members and develops corrective actions.
• Inspects contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Keeps inventory of spare parts and orders supplies within budget.
• Completes monthly preventative maintenance procedures.
• Supports cost-saving measures by proper use of materials and tools.
• Conducts regular safety meetings and stays current with safety laws and requirements.
• Delivers strong customer service to residents and staff.
