Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure indoor and outdoor community areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose and repair resident requests, manage the make-ready process for leasing, and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.

The role requires experience in property maintenance, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose resident service requests and perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, inspect pre-move-out, and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect work of team members and contractors for quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and assist in budget planning for repairs.
