Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s maintenance team, ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall appeal across buildings and amenities.

The role covers diagnosing and repairing issues, supervising staff, and coordinating with the Community Manager on budget and safety compliance. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge; technical degree preferred.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years managing a maintenance team.
• Apartment maintenance experience: 2–3 years preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team and conduct evaluations.
• Oversee Make Ready process per policy.
• Diagnose resident service requests and perform repairs.
• Inspect work by staff and vendors for quality and safety.
• Manage inventory and budget for maintenance.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance.
