Job summary

The role involves overseeing make-ready processes, coordinating with vendors, and upholding Greystar’s service quality across grounds, amenities, and units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for operations.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; safety-conscious handling of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and diagnose defects, performing repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and inspect work.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar quality.
• Inspect work of others and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials; assist with budgetary guidance.
