Job summary

Richmond-Beverage-Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct maintenance staff, plan daily work, and uphold safety and GMP standards. You will implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee record-keeping, using SAP for task planning and downtime management.

The role requires leadership experience (2–5 years) in maintenance, an undergraduate degree or equivalent, and strong collaboration with inventory and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2 to 5 years of maintenance or related experience with leadership aptitude.
• Experience leading safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to maintenance staff and assign daily jobs and work orders.
• Implement predictive/preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Use SAP to plan tasks with time, parts, and job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company regulations.
• Maintain records and support root cause analysis for breakdowns.
