Job summary

Impact Beverage is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in Cincinnati to lead a technical team responsible for reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will manage preventive and emergency maintenance, uphold GMPs/SOPs, and drive continuous improvements in equipment reliability.

You'll supervise 5+ technicians, enforce safety standards (OSHA/HACCP/GMPs), and collaborate with Production and Engineering to reduce downtime and cut losses.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing maintenance leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams of 5+ people.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage schedules, work orders and projects.
• Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and report on maintenance status.
• Deep understanding of safety regulations and quality standards specific to beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach technicians to support skill development, performance growth and positive work environment.
• Oversee both preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment operation.
• Enforce safety protocols (including OSHA) and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards (like HACCP and GMPs).
• Monitor and enforce safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures and regulatory standards.
• Oversee smaller capital and in-house projects, and ensure sufficient supplies are readily available.
• Analyze and resolve work problems, implement changes to improve efficiency, and utilize tools to optimize processes and equipment.
• Assist with planning and executing shutdowns, installations and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-departmentally with Production and Engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Ensure parts inventory is properly maintained and reorder supplies as needed.
• Other jobs or duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
